Take off your blinders and open your eyes!  We're off and running in a new year in giftedland.  Ok, maybe we're plodding along a bit slowly, but we will pick up the pace pretty rapidly.  Right now, we are beginning our Future Problem Solving competitive season and digging through history to find enticing National History Day topics.  Here are some helpful links to get you started!

Congratulations to Avery and Michelle, who were selected by their classmates to be CmPS Liasons for this project.  TJ and Jared are the alternates.  We are making plans for our Community Solving Problem project to get underway.  We are going to plan, fund, develop, and open a dog recreational park in Phenix City.  The 8th graders will work along with the 6, 7, and 9th grade gifted students on this daunting project.  If you have any suggestions, comments, or donations, please contact Kim Jones at ksjones@pcboe.net.
